BEFORE
Sitting on a prominent lot overlooking a busy highway, Northminster Presbyterian Church
presented an almost blank face to the public.
The small congregation felt the appearance of the building was foreboding and
didn't look opening or welcoming. They wanted a front that made it clear
that this was a church. All activity took place to the rear of the building.

AFTER
The new entrance pavilion refocuses the church on the street.
The small addition provides a new greeting area, a meeting room,
and offices.
While built using limited resources, the steeple and vaulted covered entrance
present a new face to the community. The addition is bright and welcoming,
and reflects the character of the church.
